The project is a 300-meter-high skyscraper located near New York‘s Central Park. The inspiration for the building design comes from a dress from the SINTOPIA collection by Iris van Herpen. Orientation was found above all in the flowing lines and the multi-shaded layers of the dress. Since the robe also has some transparency, a large part of the structure was made out of glass. Another special feature is the accumulation of 70 pipes, which form the facade. The pipes partly nestle against the wall of the building, merge with it or stand out from it. A renowned hotel chain moves in on the first 20 floors. The remaining 40 contain apartments with a view of the Park.
