idiomorph city is a creative extension of Manhattan’s Midtown-east, the city’s overcrowded business center due to lack of space, which is currently dominated by block-like skyscrapers. The concept, i.a. Inspired by modular systems of nature (architectural homage to Moshe Safdie) not only should give the quarter a new, modern face, but also address the acute problems of the metropolis sustainably: overheating and air pollution should be minimized by numerous terraces and urban gardens , light-flooded office and living spaces should improve the quality of life in everyday life (at home or at work) and the green roofs should create space for social exchange and relaxation.
